鼻咽：颅底，下至腭帆游离缘平面续口咽，向前经鼻后孔通鼻腔的部位。
咽鼓管咽口：鼻咽腔两侧壁上，咽鼓管漏斗状开口。
咽鼓管圆枕：咽鼓管咽口周围的弧形隆起。
咽隐窝：圆枕与咽后壁之间的纵行深窝。
咽鼓管扁桃体：咽鼓管咽口周围的淋巴组织。
咽扁桃体：鼻咽上壁后部的淋巴组织。
口咽：腭帆游离缘与会厌上缘平面之间。

咽下缩肌：起自甲状软骨斜线、后缘及其下角和环状软骨后外侧缘的肌肉。肌纤维向后内呈扇形分布，止于咽缝。收缩时与咽上、中缩肌共同缩小咽腔，推食物入食管。

腭咽肌：位于腭咽弓内，起自喉咽后壁的咽纤维膜及甲状软骨板后缘内侧，向内上方止于软腭腱膜的背、腹两面和咽鼓管软骨的肌肉。收缩时使腭咽弓紧张，向中线靠拢，缩小咽峡，使腭帆后缘与咽后壁接触，借此分隔鼻咽腔和口咽腔。
